- Wear warm, loose clothing, (layers are best), a water bottle and bring an exercise mat if you have one.
- Everyone welcome, no experience needed. Please come 15 mins early if youโre new to the session, so I can find out how best to accommodate your needs.
- Cost is the hall hire divided by number of people coming (min.ยฃ1, max ยฃ9). First, โtasterโ session free.
- Current regular attendance of 6 people, so weโre a nice, friendly, informal, small class.
- The facilitator is an accredited and insured yoga teacher (Friends of Yoga training) and has been running the Rattery class since 2019.
